Abstract
This study examines in depth the Resilience of the Fire Volunteer Front in Fire Fighting in Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study is firstly to find out the recruitment strategy of the Human Resources of the Fire Volunteer Front in Fire Fighting in Pekanbaru City. The second is to find out the Resilience of the Row of Fire Volunteers in Fire Fighting in Pekanbaru City. The research method used by the researcher in this study is descriptive qualitative, which is a type of research that aims to measure carefully certain social phenomena through spoken and written words and behavior carried out and observed from the people being studied. Based on the results of the research that the author has done regarding the Resilience of the Fire Volunteer Front in Fire Fighting in Pekanbaru City, there has been no action from the Fire Volunteer Front in Fire Fighting in Pekanbaru City. Then it was concluded that the Human Resources Recruitment Strategy for the Fire Volunteer Front in Fire Fighting in Pekanbaru City was carried out based on a letter from the Pekanbaru City Fire and Rescue Service which required 2 candidates for the Fire Volunteer Front from every urban village in Pekanbaru City. According to researchers regarding this research, the Fire Department is more concerned with overseeing the way letters are sent in stages, so that each sub-district gets information about the recruitment of the Fire Volunteer Front in Pekanbaru City. The Pekanbaru City Fire Department should disseminate information to the public, so that all people know about the recruitment of candidates for the Fire Volunteer Front in Pekanbaru City. Members of the Fire Volunteer Front must be truly committed to being ready to help the Pekanbaru City Fire Department.
