Abstract
Health insurance is a guarantee in the form of health protection so that participants or the community get health care benefits and protection in meeting the basic health needs that are given to everyone who has paid contributions each time that has been set, BPJS is a legal entity formed to organize a patient satisfaction health insurance program is the main thing given by each health service unit, but there are still some complaints that arise from the inpatient service unit at Indrasari Rengat General Hospital class III. One of them is the lack of efficiency of inpatients using BPJS cards compared to general patients, this study uses descriptive research type with quantitative methods, the results of the study show that inpatients service users of BPJS social security organizer Indrasari Rengat General Hospital as seen from the seven indicators that the author has set, namely, Service, Nursing, Hospital Location, Facilities, Imege, Atmosphere, Communication, which are in a fairly good assessment and obstacles in implementing the Indrasari Rengat General Hospital towards BPJS inpatients are lack of comfort in the inpatient room and inpatient room coordination that is less than the standard set.
