Abstract

This research was carried out on the basis that the aspirations of the community had not yet been channeled, the LPM had not played an active role either in the muasyawarah and the LPM's lack of understanding of its duties, functions, and roles as village government partners. LPM functions as a forum to accommodate the aspirations of the community and the role of the Village Government as the leader and organizer of the development and development of village communities. The focus of this research is to find out how the partnership model between the Village Government and the LPM in development planning using the theory of partnership Sulistiyani (2004). The results of the study concluded that the Village Government Partnership with LPM in Village Development Planning in Beringin Makmur Village, Kerumutan District has been running artificially.
