Abstract

In Law Number 36 Year 2009 explains that health is a healthy condition, both physically, mentally, spiritually and socially that allows everyone to live productively socially and economically. And it has also been determined that everyone has the right to receive health services. Therefore, every element of society whether individual, family, has the right to obtain health services for their health and the government is responsible, organizes and supervises health care equally and is affordable to the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of quality of inpatient health care services in Rambah Samo II District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The research approach used is quantitative and qualitative, the unit of analysis, the unit of analysis in this study are individuals. With quantitative methods that are descriptive with data collection techniques through questionnaires to patients and direct surveys then researchers also use qualitative methods of obtaining information through interviews directly to health workers and inpatients to obtain the necessary data about how inpatient services in the Rambah Samo II District Health Center. The results of the study of the quality of inpatient services at the Puskesmas in Rambah Samo II District of Rokan Hulu Regency were measured using 5 service quality dimensions namely service standard Decree Number 129 / Menkes / SK / II / 2008, namely; service provider inpatient care, physician in charge of inpatients, availability of inpatient services, specialist doctor visiting hours, customer satisfaction.
