Abstract

Winda Herman (144110161) analysis of the diversity of morphology of Kapulasan (Nephelium Ramboutan-ake (Labill) Leenh) in Pelalawan, under the guidance of Mr. Ir. Zulkifli, MS as a mentor I and Mrs. Mardaleni SP., M.Sc. As a guide II. This research was conducted in Pelalawan Regency Riau province. The study was conducted for 3 months from May to July 2018. This research aims to identify, conduct analysis, and make descriptive about differentiator and specific character between accessions to obtain a database of diversity in the type of germ plasma wealth in Indonesia. This research uses the method of surveying and takes samples. The sample plant is considered the morphological part of the stem and leaves based on quantitative and qualitative characteristics that refer to the descriptor for Rambutan published by IPGRI. The Data is analyzed by using the NTSys Pc 2.02 program. and displayed in the Dendrogram form. The analysis of the morphological diversity based on the Dendrogram results suggests that the quantitative character on the 7 kapulasan has a diversity coefficient of 60% in the trunk circumference, heading diameter, and leaf stem length. The qualitative character on the 7 kapulasan has a diversity coefficient of 20% in the form of the leaf base. Kapulasan that characterize Caudatus (tailed) along 2.5 cm are found in the village of Sotol, this feature was not found on the other 6 kapulasan.
