Abstract

This study aims to describe how the implementation of activities dance extracurricular (offerings) at SMA 3 Tualang, Siak Regency Sri Indrapura. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Data collection amounted to 16 people consisting of from 1 coach and 15 students of extracurricular members of dance offerings at SMA 3 Tualang on the AMD road in Pinang Sebatang village East Tualang sub-district, Siak Sri Indrapura Regency. Theory used in this study is Yudha M Saputra (1998: 7). Data analysis technique used in this research are data reduction, display or data presentation, and verification data conclusions. From the results of the analysis of findings in the field then the conclusion is that the material taught in the activity extracurricular dance is an offering. The method used in the activity extracurricular is a demonstration method and practice method. Means and infrastructure used in the implementation of dance extracurricular activities (Offering) at SMA Negeri 3 Tualang, Siak Sri Indrapura Regency one of the art rooms for the extracurricular activities training process. Assessment which is used by extracurricular coach of SMA 3 Tualang is research at each meeting and at the end of the exercise process is given on a regular basis Qualitative in the form of Very Good (A), Good (B), Fair (C), and Less (D).
