Abstract
This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City with the object of research namely the Public Health Center (Puskesmas) in the Pekanbaru City Government. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Good Governance, Intern Control and Organizational Commitment on the quality of public services at the Public Health Center in Pekanbaru City Government. This research method uses quantitative methods, using SPSS 23 application, statistical methods using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, with hypothesis testing statistical tests t and f. Data collection was carried out by questionnaires which were distributed directly to respondents as many as 70 questionnaires for employees and 70 questionnaires for patients. The results of this study reveal that Good Governance, Intern Control, and Organizational Commitment significantly positively affect the quality of public services at the Public Health Center in Pekanbaru City Government.
