Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of village fund management apparatus competency, village government organizational commitment and community participation on village fund management accountability in Meranti district. Methods Data collection is done by using a questionnaire (Questionnaire). The sample in this study were 30 names of villages in the Meranti Islands Regency. . This research was analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the variables of the competence of the village fund management apparatus, the commitment of the village government organization, the participation of the community together affect the accountability of village fund management. Partially, the competency variables for village fund management officers affect the accountability of village fund management in the Meranti Islands Regency, the village government organizational commitment affects the accountability of village fund management in the Meranti Islands Regency, community participation affects the accountability of village fund management in the Meranti Islands Regency.
