Abstract

Wages are the rights of workers / need received and expressed in the form of money in return from employers or employers to workers / laborers who are determined and paid according to a work agreement, agreement or legislation including benefits for workers and their families for work and / or services that have been or will be done. Employee violations for outsourced workers in Indonesia to date have become a habit among certain Indonesian entrepreneurs. This bad habit eventually gave birth to a negative perception of the community about outsourcing. The phenomenon of the problem in the implementation of outsourcing is in the form of a mismatch of the amount of wages given by the company to the energy or thoughts issued by workers and there are still late wages from companies receiving services, but the outsourcing company gives a grace period of 3 months from 3 months The main problem of the research is how is the system of wage outsourcing companies to workers at PT. Dwi Abadi's Success and What factors influence the wage system of outsourcing company workers at PT. Dwi Sukses Abadi. The research method is observational research, by survey. while its nature is descriptive, namely the research intended to describe and provide as detailed and detailed data as possible about the wage system for outsourcing companies in PT. Dwi Sukses Abadi. Draw conclusions deductively The results of the study were that the Outsourcing Company Wages Providing System at PT. Dwi Sukses Abadi is often experiencing delays, this is because the recipient of services often gives late wages to outsourcing companies for more than 3 months, so that the wages received cannot be received every month by workers because outsourcing companies can only bear 3 months, and Factors that influence the wage system of outsourcing company workers at PT. Dwi Sukses Abadi is the Pekanbaru City Minimum Wage (for security) there are also those who are paid according to the rank of the worker, and the company receiving the employment service does not meet the stipulated conditions, especially the accuracy in paying workers' wages.
