Abstract

ABSTRACT Discipline Relationship To Employee Performance At PT.Buana Wira Lestari (Kijang Kencana Plasma) Tapung Hilir Districts DANU DWI CAHYO NPM : 155210442 This study aims to determine the effect of discipline on employee performance at PT Buana Wira Lestari, Tapung Hilir District. This research is categorized as descriptive quantitative where the research instrument is a questionnaire. The population of this research is the employees of PT Buana Wira Lestari. The research sample consisted of 30 respondents using census techniques. The result of the validity test is 0.361 which means valid, the results of reliability, namely each value of the reliability coefficient is greater than 0.600 so that the instruments used are all declared reliable, the results of the simple liner regression are Y = 5.112 + 0.598 (X) + Ɛ, the result Hypothesis test is the t-count is 9,046> t-table 2,048 with a significant level of 0,000 <0.005, the results of the determination coefficient test (R²) R squere 0.745 or 74.5% the remaining 25.5%. The results showed that the analysis used in this study was a simple linear regression method, showing that the discipline variable had a significant effect on employee performance at PT Buana Wira Lestari, Tapung Hilir District.
