Abstract
The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of internal control, good governance and organizational commitment on the performance of employees in the Finance Division of the Kampar Regency Government. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research with the object of research is the local government of Kampar Regency with internal control, good governance and organizational commitment to the performance of employees in the financial sector of the Kampar Regency government. The research sample amounted to 62 employees of the Finance Sector in Kampar Regency with the sampling technique of the census. The data used is primary data in the form of research questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study found that (1) internal control had an effect on the performance of employees in the financial sector of the Kampar Regency Government, (2) good governance had an effect on the performance of employees in the financial sector of the Kampar Regency Government, (3) organizational commitment had an effect on the performance of employees in the financial sector of the Kampar Regency Government (4 ) internal control, good governance and organizational commitment simultaneously affect the performance of employees in the financial sector of the Kampar Regency Government.
