Abstract
ANALYSIS OF SERVICE POSYANDU IN KECAMATAN UKUI, DISTRICT PELALAWAN ABSTRACT BRIAN MAYOLA This study aims to see how services exist in several Posyandu in Ukui District and to see the barriers to services at Posyandu. Indicators on Public Services which include Service Procedures, Time of Completion, Service Products. This type which is located in Ukui District uses qualitative, which is a study that makes humans as research instruments and is adapted to the situation in the field in research with data that are generally qualitative in nature and research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people. observable people and behavior. Determination of key informants and informants in this study using purposive sampling technique, which is a method of determining informants who are determined deliberately on the basis of certain criteria or considerations. Namely through people who are directly involved in the Health Center and Posyandu officers in services. Based on the research conducted, it was found that Posyandu Services in Ukui Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency, there are still several Posyandu that have not been running optimally, this is because there are still some cadres who have not been able to or understand and are also not maximal in providing services so that there are some people who complain about the services provided. given is less than optimal.
