Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in financial performance before and after mergers and acquisitions in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020 research period. Data collection methods used in this study are documentation, library research, data analysis methods using CR, DER, ROE, EPS, TATO, descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing. The research sample was selected by purposive sampling method. The results of the study showed that there was no significant difference in financial performance before and after the Merger and Acquisition in the 2020 research period.
