Abstract
Equipment maintenance management aims to support teaching and learning activities to be more effective and productive. This study aims to determine how the multimedia laboratory equipment maintenance system at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. The methodology of this research used is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and interviews. Sources of data using primary and secondary data sources. The data obtained were then analyzed with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research on maintenance management of multimedia laboratory equipment at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru show that routine maintenance of multimedia laboratory equipment at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru is carried out in general, but still employs special officers for certain tools if internal officers cannot handle it. The costs that are usually used for maintenance are allocated from the "Dana Bos" and also from school funds. Then from the overall results, it was assessed that the maintenance management at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru was effective and efficient.
