Abstract
ABSTRACT LEADING SECTOR ANALYSIS OF ECONOMIC GROWTH IN SOLOK REGENCY WEST SUMATRA PROVINCE RIO JONITA 175111016 Dosen Pembimbing : Nawarti Bustamam SE, M.Si Sinta Yulyanti SE, M. Ec. Dev The location 0f this research was conducted in Solok Regency, west Sumatra Province. As for the purpose ofthis study is to determine which leading sectors have an influence on economic growth in Solok Regency in 2010-2019. In this study the data used are secondary data with data collection techniques sourced from libraries and documentasion.In this study using Location Quotient (LQ) analiysis and multiple linear regression equations. Location Quotient (LQ) analysis is used to find out what leading sectors are in Solok district, while the multiple linear regression equation is used to determine how the influence of the leading sector on economic growth in Solok district in 2010-2019.Based on the research results obtained, it shows that the agricultural sector, the mining sector and the information sector have a positive and significant effect om economic growth in Solok Regency in 2010-2019.
