Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of teamwork on employee performance. In this study the population is all employees of CV. Convection rainbow sun. In this study, questionnaires were distributed to 30 respondents using a random technique. Then, data analysis was carried out on these data with the help of SPSS, analytical techniques using instruments, simple linear regression, correlation tests, and determination tests. Based on the results of the study that teamwork on employee performance has a strong relationship. further research results show that teamwork has a significant positive effect on employee performance at CV. Rainbow sun.
