Abstract
This study aims to analyze the work stress of medical personnel at Az-Zahra Hospital Ujung Batu, analyze the performance of medical personnel at Az-Zahra Hospital Ujung Batu and analyze the effect of work stress on the performance of medical personnel at Az-Zahra Hospital Ujung Batu. The population in this study were all medical personnel at Az-Zahra Hospital Ujung Batu, totaling 72 people. Thus the sample for this study can be calculated using the Slovin formula, so that a sample of 41 people is obtained. Data analysis using simple regression. The results of the study stated that the level of influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable could be determined by doing a partial test, the results obtained were: work stress (X) had a significant effect on the performance variable (Y).
