Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions on thai tea drink in the marpoyan damai district of Pekanbaru. This study uses the Non Probability Sampling technique with the purposive sampling method, with a the sample used is 40 respondents. The research data were obtained from questionnaires (primary), literature study and interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The analysis technique used instrument test, simple linear regression, t test (partial) and determination test (R2). The results of the study based on simple linear regression indicate that of product quality on purchasing decisions on thai tea drink in the marpoyan damai district of Pekanbaru. the relations between the two variables in the strong category with the coefficient of determination of 0.734 or 73.4% and the remaining 26.6% is influenced by other variables which are not discussed in the study.
