Abstract
The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the delegative leadership style on work performance. This research was conducted at PT. Virajaya Riau Putra Pekanbaru, precisely on Jalan Tuanku Tambusai, Complex Arengka Mas No. 4 Tangkerang Barat, Marpoyan Damai, Pekanbaru City. The sample in this study were all employees totaling 43 people. Data analysis used simple linear regression. The results of the research on delegative leadership style have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Virajaya Riau Putra Pekanbaru. Delegative leadership style can affect employee performance by 73% while the rest is influenced by other variables that are not used in this study.
