Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work supervision on the work productivity of employees at PT. Andalas Karya Mulia Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees who worked at the company, amounting to 199 people. The sampling technique in this study was using purposive sampling, namely sampling based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher, while the sample of this study was employees in the maintenance field, totaling 67 people. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS 22. The results of this study indicate that work supervision has a significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Andalas Karya Mulia Pekanbaru.
