Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between compensation on the work motivation of PT Mahkota Summit employees in Pekanbaru. The population in this research is all 60 employees of PT Mahkota Summit. By using the census technique, all members of the population are sampled. Data was obtained by using a questionnaire. The method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. Based on the research results, it has been found that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation at PT Mahkota Summit in Pekanbaru.
