Abstract
This study aims to find empirical evidence regarding job analysis in increasing the work effectiveness of employees at PT. Tri Pakarta Insurance Pekanbaru Branch. The population in this study consisted of 40 respondents. This research is based on the census method so that the sample for this study is 40 respondents. The results showed that the implementation of job analysis at PT. Tri Pakarta Insurance has been running according to qualifications, especially in the job description and job specifications. Although there are still positions held by several people who have qualifications according to their level of education, ability, experience and rank. In addition, there are indications that affect the implementation of job analysis which is reflected in the distribution of tasks and work.
