Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of workload and work environment on employee motivation at PT. Son of Riau Here Duri. The sample in this study amounted to 63 employees with simple random sampling technique. Analysis of the data used to conduct a quantitative descriptive analysis of the study. Simultaneously workload and work environment have a significant influence on the work motivation of employees of PT. Son of Riau Here Duri. The results of the study explain that workload has a significant effect on employee motivation and the results of the study explain that workload has a significant effect on employee motivation at PT. Son of Riau Here Duri.
