Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on consumer satisfaction in using medical services at the Selasih Regional General Hospital, Pelalawan Regency. The population in this study are all visitors who use BPJS and Non BPJS in 2021. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling with the slovin formula, totaling 72 people. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction in using medical services at the Selasih Regional General Hospital, Pelalawan Regency. The magnitude of the influence of CRM on customer satisfaction is 78%.
