Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work supervision on employee performance at PT. Albany Corona Lestari Cab Pekanbaru. The population in this study are all employees who work at this company. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely the determination of the sample based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher, while the sample of this study was employees in the maintenance field, totaling 35 people. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that work supervision has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Albany Corona Lestari Cab Pekanbaru.
