Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of providing wages and incentives on employee work productivity at PT Swastisiddhi Amagra Pks Bina Baru, Kampar Kiri Tengah District, Kampar Regency. In this study the population is all employees of PT. Swastisiddhi Amagra PKS New Development. In this study, questionnaires were distributed to 62 respondents using the Slovin formula and using a sampling technique, namely: incidental sampling. Then data analysis was carried out on these data with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that wages and incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Swastisiddhi Amagra PKS Bina Baru, Kampar Kiri Tengah District, Kampar Regency.
