Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze financial compensation at PT. Johan Sentosa Kebun Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar, and to find out and analysize the performance of employees at PT. Johan Sentosa Bangkinang Gardens Kampar Regency. The population in this study amounted to 149 employees who are employees of the production division at PT. Johan Sentosa Bangkinang Gardens Kampar Regency. A sample of 109 employees. In analyzing the data, the author uses quantitative methods, then from the results of the study in a simple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 23 program. Variable financial compensation on the performance of employeses in the production divisoon at PT. Johan Sentosa Bangkinang Gardens, Kampar Regency.
