Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and analyze the significant effect of organizational commitment on turnover intention of employees of PT. Pekan Perkasa Berlian Motor Pekanbaru. This research was conducted with a quantitative descriptive method using primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews or interviews and research questionnaires. Respondents taken were 55 employees as the research sample. From the research results, it is known that organizational commitment has a significant effect on the employee turnover intention variable at PT. Pekan Perkasa Berlian Motor Pekanbaru.
