Abstract
The research is to find out and analyze the influence of training on the performance of security outsourching personnel at PT. Tri Sakti Perkasa Pekanbaru. The training assessment indicators used include instructors, participants, materials, methods, objectives, and goals. While the performance assessment indicators include quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiviness, and independence. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive with the sample population in the research, which is 30 security people and 1 Director of PT. Tri Sakti Perkasa Pekanbaru. The security sampling technique is purposive sampling and the Director is the census technique. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a significant effect between training on the performance of outsourching security personnel at PT. Tri Sakti Perkasa Pekanbaru. To determine the effect of these variables used simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and partial test (t) using SPSS V.20 to answer the research hypothesis. Based on the analysis using the statistical method of simple linear regression Y=18.316+0,581X which shows that the influence between training and performance variables is positive. Furthermore, the results of the correlation coefficient test show that the value of the two variables is 0,645 with a strong level of close relationship. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 41,5% (0.415)which means that the effect of training of performance is 41,5% and the remaining 58,5% is influenced by other factors. In the t test, the value > t table is 4.461 > 2.048, meaning Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The result of data analysis are known and concluded thet the effect of training on the performance of outsourching security personnel at PT. Tri Sakti Perkasa Pekanbaru has a partial effect, this is because by participanting in security training they are able to work better and implement in into their work, but there is still performance that the must be improved so that the working relationship among partners will continue and be sustainable.
