Abstract

The purpose of this research is: (1) to know the communication of the organization conducted by PT. Masuba Citra Mandiri in maintaining relations with the community of Pendalian village (2) to know the activities of Corporate Social Responsibility PT. Masuba Citra Mandiri in maintaining relations with the people of Pendalian village. This research lasted for approximately three months and was located in pendalian village. The method used for this research is descriptive research method with qualitative approach through direct observation of research objects and conducting interviews with several people directly involved in PT Corporate Social Responsibility activities. Masuba Citra Mandiri in Pendalian village. Data collection techniques are done in two ways, namely through primary data and secondary data. The results of this study showed that PT Masuba Citra Mandiri's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities in relation to the community in Pendalian village are in accordance with the public relations management process, namely Defining the Problem (Fact Gathering), Planning and Programing, Taking Action and Communicating and Evaluating the Program. Here are Masuba Citra Mandiri's CSR programs as follows: Community Development, Education and Training, Construction and Improvement of Houses of Worship, Social Activities on Religious Holidays, Health Improvement, Development of Public Facilities and Infrastructure. Of course, there are supporting factors and inhibitions that affect CSR activities. The supporting factor of Masuba Citra Mandiri's CSR activities is for the audience itself.
