Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the results and explained barriers of Performance Civilian Government of The Office of The Village Chief of The Service of Statement of No Capable in Village of Pangkalan Lesung District Pangkalan Lesung Pelalawan Regency. This research focused on the Services of Statement of No Capable. The indicator used the Evaluation by Hanif Nurcholis (2007) covering Input, Proses, Outputs, and Outcomes. The population and samples in this study is the Secretary of urban village, Service Works and Publik that take care of SKTM with a total of 62 poeple. As for the type of this research is survey the descriptive using the quantitative. Based on the results questionnaires and observations done by researcher with the respondents about Performance Civilian Government the Office of the urban village of the services of statement of No Capable In Village Pangkalan Lesung District Pangkalan Lesung Pelalawan regency said Just Good with the recapitulasion (48%). As for the factors that affect Performance Civilian Government the Office of the urban village of the service of statements of No Capable In Village Pangkalan Lesung. It is known that is still a lack of skills and competence the employees in the technology, other factors obstacles that is attitude of the employees in provides services and the low level of employees discipline especially from office hours. The results of research is expected to the future Government Village of Pangkalan Lesung in order to give the service is better to all levels of society and carry out their duties more as maximum possible, as well as can solve problems in the service is especially on the service of statements of No Capable.
