Abstract

This study aims to determine the forms of compensation for employees of PT Yakult Indonesia PERSADA on Jalan Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru, To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for giving compensation to employees of PT Yakult Indonesia PERSADA on Jalan Soekarno Hatta in Pekanbaru. Direct compensation indicators used include wages, salaries, incentives and bonuses and indirect compensation indicators used include health benefits, pension benefits, leave benefits, housing benefits. Descriptive research type with a quantitative approach located at PT. Yakult PERSADA on Jalan Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru. The data figures are derived from the results of questionnaires about Compensation Analysis for Field Employees of PT. Yakult PERSADA on Jalan Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru. The population in this study were field employees, namely sales employees as many as 10 employees and sales employees as many as 9 employees as many as 19 field employees. This research data sourced from primary data obtained directly from PT. Yakult PERSADA on Jalan Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru. Then secondary data in the form of data that already exists or is already available such as service profiles, basic tasks and functions, and the number of employees. . The results showed that the granting of compensation to field employees of PT Yakult Indonesia PERSADA on Jalan Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru in the form of direct compensation consisting of wages, salaries, incentives, and bonuses and indirect compensation such as: health benefits, retirement benefits and leave allowances can be said very well, the supporting factor in the provision of compensation is to deliver salary, wages, incentives and bonuses in a timely manner and not to delay payments. The inhibiting factor in giving compensation is the lack of giving mess or lodging to employees when they are located outside the city.
