Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of success of the Implementation of Development Planning Conference in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. Which is the author's measurements based on evaluation evaluation indicators used which include input, process, output and outcome. This type of research is located in the District of Tampan is a descriptive survey research that is research that collects data that prioritizes the questionnaire list as a data collection tool. This study contained two populations and a sample consisting of 6 (six) employees and a total of 17 (seventeen) people. All respondents are sampled and employees are used as key formers and this sampling technique uses census techniques for employees and purposive sampling for the community. Which technique is used to measure the level of success of an implementation of the activities carried out. Evaluation of the Implementation of Development Planning Consultation (Musrenbang) in Tampan District basically has been going as planned, but there are still some things that need to be further improved in accordance with the indicators I use. Suggestions that need to be considered especially with regard to the implementation of musrenbang activities are to increase the comfort of the implementation of activities during the activity, and before the implementation of the activities carried out, can provide socialization or educate the public so that the public knows what is meant by development planning meetings (musrenbang).
