Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of Ministry of Trade Regulation No. 51 / M-DAG / PER / 7/2015 concerning Prohibition of Import of Used Clothing in Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir Regency. Where the Implementation of the Ministry of Trade Regulation can be measured by 4 indicators, namely: Used clothing is prohibited from being imported, must be destroyed, subject to sanctions, not valid for moving goods. The formulation of the problem of this research is How is the Implementation of the Ministry of Trade Regulation Number 51 / M-DAG / PER / 7/2015 Concerning the Prohibition of Importing Used Clothing in Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir Regency? This type of research is using descriptive type which is done by survey. The location of this research is the Office of Industry and Trade and the Customs and Excise Office in Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The population of this study is the Secretary of the Department of Industry and Trade, the Field of Market, the Head of Customs and Excise Office, Section P2 (Enforcement and Investigation), Traders totaling 20 people and the community / buyers totaling 20 people. The type of data used is primary data collected through questionnaires and interviews and using secondary data such as documentation. The results of this study conclude that overall Implementation of the Ministry of Trade Regulation No. 51 / M-DAG / PER / 7/2015 concerning Prohibition of Imports of Used Clothing in Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir Regency is in the category of "Less Implemented". The obstacles faced are the absence of socialization carried out by the Department or related parties in the form of advertisements through television, radio and print media such as newspapers etc., the lack of supervision that exists, and the absence of sanctions given.
