Abstract

This study aims to determine the evaluation of the implementation of minimum service standards in drinking water supply systems in the capital city of Siak sub-district Siak district from the evaluation theory according Taliziduhu Draha with ems such as Service Standards, Service Facts and Service Analysis with indicators including Service Coverage, Customer Growth, Complaint Settlement Level, Customer Water Quality and Domestic Water Consumption, location of research in SPAM IKK iak, descriptive research type with qualitative methods, with collection data, namely observation, interviews with respondents and documentation. Regarding population and samples taken from Dinas PU TARUKIM, UPTD SPAM, Siak Regency, SPAM IKK iak and consumers from SPAM IKK Siak, the total sample was 14 people. The onclusions that have been obtained are: in general the application of the Minimum ervice Standards (SPM) has been carried out in accordance with the stages of legislation, for service coverage classified as still low, customer growth tends to increase, the level of complaint resolution has used a call center or complaint number, quality Customer water is still limited to daily needs not to be consumed, and domestic water consumption is still lacking in commitment, namely related to overcoming water loss. In addition, the innovations that are running are good, but still need serious ttention from the relevant agencies, namely the Office of Public Works for Spatial ettlements, especially on SPAM IKK Siak.
