Abstract

Theft is a criminal act that greatly disturbs the comfort of the community. This crime is a criminal act that is categorized as a serious crime, for that it needs those who can enforce the law, so that there is harmony, the reasons behind the formation of the crime of theft of oil palm fruit in perawang siak district because the perpetrators are motivated, the right target and the absence of supervision, this is which is influenced by the formation of the crime of theft of oil palm fruit in the area under the jurisdiction of the tualang police, the second response is represive again. In this study the theory used Routine Activities Theory with a qualitative approach using descriptive, data collection, identity, information analysis.
