Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze about how the Implementation of EGovernment in the Office of Communication, Information and Statistics of Riau Province in the Listening Application Program in Riau and also find out what obstacles are faced in the Implementation of E-Government in the Office of Communication, Information and Statistics of Riau Province Riau Hearing Application Program. The indicators used include Presence, Interaction, and Transformation. This type of research, located in Pekanbaru City is a qualitative descriptive research method. This research method was used to examine five informants and one key informant. Data collection uses observation techniques, interview techniques, and documentation. The results showed that the Implementation of E-Government in the Office of Communication, Information and Statistics of Riau Province in the Riau Hearing Application Program had been implemented quite well. The implementation of e-government conducted by the Riau Diskominfotik in the Riau Hearing application program is implemented through the Whatsapp application with contact number 08117588889. The Riau people, especially in the city of Pekanbaru can report any problems that occur in the Riau community through the Riau Hearing application, with the condition that the reporter must attach ID (KTP/KK/SIM/Passport) when sending the complaint. If the reporter does not send his identity, the report submitted is considered a hoax and will not be served by Riau Hearing namely Riau Diskominfotik. The obstacle is the level of human resource capability of the Riau community, especially the people of Pekanbaru City, which is still weak, namely that there are still many people who are not brave or unwilling to send their identities (KTP/KK/SIM/Passport) when sending their complaint reports in the Riau Hearing application. Up to now, there have been around 1200 reports of complaints from the public, but there are only 200 valid reports.
