Abstract

The condition of the existing infrastructure in Pinang Sebatang Timur Village still has problems, especially infrastructure whose function is to meet the basic needs of the community both social and economic activities such as housing, roads, drainage, clean water, sanitation, solid waste, and electricity. This can be seen from the uneven and poor development, the quality and quantity of infrastructure is still not well managed, and the low participation and concern of the community in development activities and maintenance. This research uses descriptive quantitative analysis method which is used is to calculate the results of the questionnaire to determine the type of infrastructure through a Likert scale to determine the type of infrastructure that is a priority for development in Pinang Sebatang Timur Village. From the results of measurements and analyzes that have been carried out, that the average quality of the existing infrastructure in Pinang Sebatang Timur Village is still in moderate condition with an average value (mean) of 2,22. This can be seen from the results of the analysis of the physical quality of several types of infrastructure that are still in poor condition but there are also some that have good quality. From the results of the measurement of the priority scale, the people in Pinang Sebatang Timur Village really need the construction and / or repair of houses for the poor with a score of 486 and a score percentage of 97.2%, this is because there are still many uninhabitable houses in Pinang Sebatang Village. East, especially the indigenous people or the people who have lived in thevillage for a long time, who are still living with their traditional houses. Inaddition, from the measurement results, the community priority scale also requires the development and / or residential road network with a score of 471 and a percentage score of 94.2%, construction of drainage with a total score of 444 and a percentage score of 88.8%, piping of water distribution. with a total score of 440 and a percentage score of 88%, landfills with a total score of 429 and a percentage score of 85.8%, clean water reservoirs with a total score of 412 and a percentage score of 82.4%, construction of toilets with a total score of 401 and the percentage score amounted to 80.2%, and the addition of the electricity distribution network with a total score of 381 and a percentage score of 76.2%
