Abstract

In recent years, electronic games or better known as online game play have progressed very rapidly. This can be seen from the increasing number of Game Center or game centers that have sprung up not only in big cities but also in small cities. phenomena like this have often been encountered without us knowing the reason why a child is still playing at the internet cafe even though he was given a sentence. Therefore the authors formulate the title of this study with the title Interpersonal Communication of Parents with Children in Efforts to Reduce Online Game Addiction in CS E-Sport Game Center. Literature study uses theories about communication, interpersonal communication. As well as a review of relevant previous research. In this study the authors used a descriptive method. Through a qualitative approach the purpose of research is essentially relying on efforts to observe, collect, analyze, interpret data. The data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews and documentation.
