Abstract

LAND CERTIFICATE ISSUANCE SERVICES AT THE SIAK REGENCY LAND OFFICE Abstract by Tedi Rizqi Syahputra Land is a high value asset, in determining land rights it is proven by a land certificate issued by the Land Office. In particular, in Siak District, there is still a phenomenon regarding land certificate services, including the length of time for the issuance of land certificates of up to 6 months, unclear information about the information provided by the Siak Regency Land Office service officer to the community and the absence of fee or additional costs during measurement and inspection soil. Therefore, the authors are interested in conducting research with the title Land Certificate Issuance Service at the Siak Regency Land Office. This research uses descriptive type with a quantitative approach with questionnaires, interviews and observations as data collection tools. This research was conducted at the Siak Regency Land Office. After a discussion of the processed data, it can be concluded that the Land Certificate Issuance Service at the Siak Regency Land Office after being assessed from 6 (six) service indicators according to Mahmudi (2005), namely procedures and service requirements, completion time, service costs, service products, facilities and infrastructure and service provider competence in the category is quite good. However, it is known not on the website, there is a delay in the completion of land certificates of up to 3 months, unclear additional costs for land inspectors and surveyors, service products, namely land certificates, sometimes errors in certificate information occur. Then the service support facilities and infrastructure are still lacking in terms of numbers such as chairs and tables and narrow waiting rooms, unfriendly attitudes from employees to the community and service competence regarding employees regarding quality and quantity which are quite adequate to provide services to the community.
