Abstract

ABSTRACT Elzi Rikardo, 2021. Contribution of Limb Muscle Strength and Balance to Shooting Accuracy in Young Patriots Under 17 Athletes. The purpose of the study was (1) to determine the contribution of muscle strength of the limbs to the accuracy of Shooting results in young patriots athletes Under 17. (2) to determine the contribution of balance to the accuracy of Shooting results in young Patriots Under -17 athletes. (3) to determine the contribution of limb muscle strength and balance to the accuracy of Shooting results in young patriots Under 17 athletes. This type of research is a double correlation. The population in this study was young patriots Under 17 athletes who numbered 22 athletes. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling so that the number of samples in this study was 22 athletes. The instruments used are leg dynamometer tests, passive balance tests, and Shooting tests. The data analysis technique used is test r. Based on the results of the calculation, it can be known that (1) there is a contribution of limb muscle strength to the accuracy of Shooting in young patriots athletes Under 17 with a rhitung value = 0.521581 with a contribution value of 27,20% (2) there is a balanced contribution to the accuracy of Shooting results in young patriot athletes Under 17 with a value rhitung = 0.517984 with a contribution value of 26,83% (3) there is a contribution of speed and balance to the accuracy of Shooting results in young patriot athletes Under 17 with a rhitung value = 0.735092 or with a contribution value of 54,03%
