Abstract

This research aims to find out the Implementation of Supervision of Size, Measure, Scales, and Equipment (UTTP) by the Department of Industry and Trade pekanbaru. Indicators of supervision implementation research used are the determination of implementation standards, determination of measurement of implementation standards, measurement of implementation standards, comparison of implementation with standards, taking corrective actions when necessary. The type of research located in the office of the Office of Industry and Trade pekanbaru city is a descriptive survey, meaning prioritizing the questionnaire list as a data collection tool then the collected data is used as the main raw material to analyze empirical conditions and objectives of the existence of research objectives at the location in the research. There are 3 population groups and samples in this study, namely employees of the office of industry and trade of 4 people, traders of the morning market arengkaPekanbaru City 138 people, and the community or consumers of the morning market arengkaPekanbaru city as many as 30 people. The total number of samples determined from the three population groups and this sample amounted to 172 people. In this study using the type and technique of collecting primary data collected by using questionnaire list techniques and interviews then secondary data collected using observation techniques and data analysis techniques using frequency table tools. So, based on this analysis technique, researchers assessed and concluded that the Implementation of Supervision of Size, Measure, Scales and Equipment (UTTP) by the Office of Industry and Trade pekanbaru city (Case Study Of Arengka Morning Market) at the assessment interval Less Carried out.
