Abstract
ABSTRACT “INFLUENCE OF DISCIPLINE AND WORK ENVIRONMENT ON EMPLOYEE WORK PRODUCTIVITY PRODUCTION PARTS IN PT TASMA PUJA KAMPAR BRANCH” By: ELLA MARSELLA PASARIBU NPM 165210931 The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of discipline and work environment on productivity in the production department at PT Tasma Puja, Kampar branch. This study uses a sampling technique with the census method, namely the entire population is sampled. With a population of 50 employees. The data of this study were obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used descriptive and multiple linear regression. This study shows that the work discipline variable (X1) and work environment (X2) partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work productivity.
