Abstract

The Effectiveness of Criminal Implementation Against Perpetrators of Immoral Crimes in Selatpanjang Penitentiary Rezky Setiawan NPM : 167510934 ABSTRACT The problem with the effectiveness of the implementation of criminal acts against perpetrators of immoral crimes in the Selat Panjang Penitentiary, which is insparable from the lack of officers, is in fact a lack of supervisory staff in the Development Section of Prisioner and Students does not hamper existing programs. The research objective was determine the implementation of crimes against immoral offenders in the Selatpanjang Class IIB Penitentiary. The research method is sociological because this study uses interviews as a means of collecting data. Sociological or empirical legal research, which includes research on legal identification and research on legal effectiveness. The conclusion of the implementation of crimes against immoral criminals in the Selatpanjang Class IIB Penitentiary, runs effectively because in the implementation of the effectiveness of criminal acts for immoral perpetrators the programs that are carried out such as face-to-face socialization, spiritual counseling can prove the level of recurrence on immoral crimes in the Class Penitentiary IIB Selatpanjang is not repeated and the freedom given to prisoners or assisted resident is utilized by not repeating the same actions.
