Abstract

This study aim to determine and analyze The Service Of Non-Cash Food Assistance Program Through E-Waroeng In Kelurahan Sungai Pagar Kecamatan Kampar Kiri Hilir Kabupaten Kampar. This study uses aqantitative descriptive method by giving questionnaires to the beneficiary family Non-Cash Food Assistance. This research result show : (1)The service of non cash food assistance program have indicators 5T that is proper administration, right on target, right quality, exact quantity and on time. Based on the result of filling out questionnaires by the community, there are still many obstacles in the service and distribution of non-cash food assistance through E-Waroeng. (2) The unavailability of standard operating procedures and regulations from the Kampar distict social service, so that the process of providing non-cash food assistance through E-Waroeng is less effective and efficient. (3) Fullfilment of the quality and quantity of food needs of the community non-cash food assistance is still not sufficient ir feasible. And also, there are still many people who receive according to the criteria for receiving social assistance according to BPS.
