Abstract
The realization of an ideal digital library with complete infrastructure that meets the information needs in order to produce quality graduates with local, national and international competitiveness is the goal of the UIR library. Departing from this goal, the UIR library has developed and implemented various digital technologies including the library collection publication system in the form of a Library Repository and OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog). Both of these systems are web-based systems that can be accessed via the internet. Both of these systems are separate systems so that if a user wants to browse or search a library collection, the user must do from each of these systems. This is where we need a system that can simplify the process by developing anAndroid-based mobile application with the aim to facilitate the process of searching the UIR library collection. The results of testing the implementation of this system obtained the average results for assessments with good categories by 61%, assessmentswith adequate categories by 21%, and for assessments with ordinary categories by 17%.
