Abstract

ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF MOTIVATION AND WORK LOAD ON NURSER PERFORMANCE AT AZ-ZAHRA UJUNG BATU HOSPITAL ROKAN HULU DISTRICT By: DENDI KASMANDRI NPM: 165210844 The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of motivation and workload on the performance of nurses at Az-Zahra Hospital Ujung Batu, Rokan Hulu Regency. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method, a population of 77 respondents and a sample of 40 respondents from the nurse's department. The types of data used are primary and secondary. The data of this research were obtained from questionnaires (primary), literature study and interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The analysis technique uses instrument test, multiple linear regression, F test (simultaneous), t test (partial) and determination test (R²). The results showed that partially motivation and workload had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. Simultaneous testing shows that work motivation and workload have a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at Az-Zahra Ujung Batu Hospital, Rokan Hulu Regency with a calculated F value > F table with a strong category relationship level anda is influenced by other variables that are not discussed in this study.
