Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze partially and simultaneously the effect of communication, work environment and leadership on employee job satisfaction at PT. Tannery Sejahtera Mandiri Pekanbaru. The population in this study are all employees who work in the company. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely the determination of the sample based on the considerations and objectives of the researcher, amounting to 37 people. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that communication, work environment and leadership partially and simultaneously affect employee job satisfaction at PT. Independent Prosperity Tannery Pekanbaru
