Abstract

Teachers who teach inclusive student are teachers who have abilities that cannot be possessed by all existing teachers. Many obstacles will be passed by a teacher when inclusive student, especially in inclusive schools. An inclusive school is a school that combines students with normal categories and students who have special needs categories. Subjective Well-Being is the welfare owned by individuals in living life. The aims of this research to find out how subjective well-being of teachers who teach the inclusive student at Islamic elementary School and Leadership Bintang Cendekia Pekanbaru. The subject of this reasearch were two teachers who taught at Bintang Scholar. This reaeach is qualitative reseach with purposive sampling techniques and a case study approach. The results showed that the two informants in this study had positive emotions, comfort, pleasure, love and affection for children with special needs at school.
