Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of marriage registration services at the Office of Religious Affairs, Bandar Petalangan District, Pelalawan Regency. To meet the objectives of this study, a descriptive research type with quantitative methods was used. Researchers set a sample that is part of the research population to get answers to the problems studied. Primary data sources come from the responses of research respondents and the results of interviews with predetermined informants, while secondary data is obtained from various sources of information in the form of documents that support this research. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires, direct interviews, observing the research object, and documenting research activities. All collected data are separated or grouped according to their respective sections, then analyzed in depth to draw research conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the service quality at KUA Bandar Petalangan, Pelalawan Regency in providing marriage certificate registration services was in the fairly good category. Where from the good responses from KUA employees, 83.3%, while the community who managed to register marriage certificates in Bandar Petalangan gave a fairly good response of 73.1%. These results are based on an assessment of the research indicators that have been established, namely transparency, accountability, conditional, participatory, equal rights, balance between rights and obligations.
